Ten Technologies I Learned This Semester

Google Classroom- this is a great site to organize students work. It is easy to access
wherever you have a computer. It keeps you from having to carry around the students
assignments to grade them.

Virtual Reality Headset- This was a great experience. The set allows you to see
anywhere as if you are really standing in the environment. It allows you to see all
around you instead of 2D.

Adobe premiere- this technology allows you to edit the video software and create
a great learning experience.

Voicethread- this technology allows you to verbally respond to an item. This technology

has potential to help the visually impaired to both use, respond to and hear the responses
of others.

Cyberhouse website- this was the teachers site that laid out our assignments, calendar

and more.

Adobe Animate- this allows you to create new animations

Tinkercad- This allows you to create models and small figurines. You can also create a

3D prints of what you design on this site.

Zoom- This allows you to speak face to face with an individual or group of people.

Wix website- This allows you to create an interactive site. It is very easy to navigate and
is a great site to make activities for your class.

360 Camera- this is a great new technology. It allows all of the surroundings to be viewed
and it truly puts you into the space.

I used this technology outside of class. Every summer my boyfriend and I go to work on his friend, Jr Toner's race car. I decided to attach the 360 camera to his race car. This was an interesting experience and allowed us to more closely see what he was experiencing. This camera allows you to see both what the driver sees and see behind the driver. This technology could help people who have handicaps and normally would never experience anything like this for various reasons.
